Once an Atari fan always an Atari fan.
I'm an Atari fan since I got my 800XL in 1984. Later I bought a second
hand 520STfm, a Portfolio, SLM804 and many more. I learned programming
on the 800XL in Atari Basic. Later GW Basic and Turbo Pascal on a PC XT,
GFA Basic and HS Pascal, on the ST. In 1993 I bought the Atari
Falcon030. I enjoyed many happy hours with it until about the end of the
nineties. Work got me into Windows computers, servers and networks.
Recently I found the time to go back to the Falcon and the ST's. So much
has changed in the last 20 years. We had no Internet on the Atari's.
Information was found in expensive books and magazines. Sharing of
software was done by diskettes at the computer club. On this site you can find some reviews of software and books from my collection.
