This is a VIDEO signal converter.
Processes (line doubles) retro games with NO input lag. Eliminates ugly deinterlacing artefacts and bad scaling. Converts SCART and Component to DVI/HDMI (Works with Jaguar and ST). Convert VGA to DVI/HDMI (Falcon030)
The quality of the picture is hard to describe it has to be seen.

I bought my 30" screen from NEC for the pc and that was fine. When I decided to get the Falcon back on my desk I realized the NEC had no analog VGA input. A second smaller VGA screen on the desk was not ideal. So I got the OSSC. My screen can connect up to 4 devices, so I can switch between Falcon, Pc and a notebook withouth disconnecting cables. Added plus is the OSSC changes the unstable VGA picture into a rock steady picture.
With a CosmosEx on the Falcon I can use the pc keyboard and mouse via the USB switch in the monitor. Only I don't do that since my gaming mouse is way too fast on the Falcon. Also the pc keyboard has no help and undo key.
The price of €130 may seem a lot compared to an old VGA screen but this is so much better.
