Pure C is based on Borland Turbo C for the Atari ST/TT and compatibles. It is completely ANSI-C compatible. It was the defacto standard C compiler. The IDE is GEM compatible.
Pure C not only looks like Borland Turbo C it is the continuation of it. In 1991 Borland quit the Atari market and transferred the rights to the developers of Softdesign (Pure Software).
